Payments must be paid in full for all reservations at the time of booking.

Court Reservations or Open Play for All Paid Members:

There is a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for court reservations for all paid members. If cancelled with a 24-hour notice you will receive a credit* to your account for future reservations. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice. If your added to an open play after joining the events waitlist, the same cancellation/refund policy applies.

Court Reservations or Open Play for All Free Members & Guests:

There is a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy for all non-paid members & guests. If cancelled with a 48-hour notice you will receive a credit* to your account for future reservations. No credits will be given if canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. If your added to an open play after joining the events waitlist, the same cancellation/refund policy applies.

For Private Lessons or Clinics:

There is a 7 day cancellation/reschedule policy before your clinic start date. If cancelled with a 7-day notice you will receive a credit* to your account for future clinics or private lessons. If you join a multi-week clinic it must have at least 4 participants. Once your clinic starts there will be no credits given if you are unable to make a class.

Tournaments or Seasonal Courts:

There are NO credits or refunds.

Credits or Refunds will not be given for reasons of illlness, or inclimate weather unless they they are in accordance with the above policy. 

*Any credits received as outlined above will be credited to your CourtReserve account as a balance credit for future use.

Credits are processed within 2-3 business days.
